Native Pea Shoots are being grown for us right now (to our specs) by Teicher Farm and Greenhouse in Eustis. These will be young, tender and oh so flavorful! First batch should hit the streets for you on May 1st.

Fresh English Peas and Fava Beans are only available from Mexico right now. Price is out of sight and the quality is not there yet. We expect this all to change in about three weeks when California Spring crops are harvested followed soon by New Jersey.
