Everybody is Irish on St. Patrick's Day!

Even if your restaurant is not a traditional Irish Pub, be sure to offer your customers St. Patrick's Day drink specials or an event menu full of Irish specialties such as corned beef & cabbage, colcannon or a hearty bowl of Irish stew. Or, add an Irish spin on some of your existing specialties—potato wedges can become Irish nachos!

Get the Word Out for St. Patty's Day. The Irish pubs will be jam-packed for most of the day on March 17, especially in urban areas. By the time happy hour rolls around, many pubs will be turning people away. It's important that your customers know about your St. Patty's Day specials—now it the time to use that email list, hang up signs, and let your regulars know all about your St. Patrick's Day event.

Bangers are a traditional Irish sausage that is a combination of pork, spices & rusk (bread crumbs). This sausage is steamed, rather smoked sausage, and is served in a number of ways. Our favorite here at NMP is with mashed potatoes and onion gravy to create Bangers and Mash.
