A One Day ServSafe® class is available at Native Maine!
ServSafe® is a nationally accredited food safety certification program. This class is designed for Food Service Managers, Directors, Chefs, Kitchen Managers, Dietitians, Dietary Managers and foodservice staff. The course agenda covers topics such as Potentially Hazardous Foods, Food Handling, Personal Hygiene, HACCP, Cleaning and Sanitizing, Pest Control, and Food Safety Regulations and Standards.
Class Schedule: Sunday February 21 (a one day class)
Class Time: 8:00 AM~ 5:00 PM ~ Includes Breakfast & Lunch
