Don't miss Executive Chef Margaret Salt McLellan, Native Maine's culinary advisor and reigning 2008-2009 Maine Lobster Chef of the Year who will be donning her Native Maine chef's coat and preparing some tasty Native Maine foods at Uncorked! Including:

Skewer of Pineland's Cheddar Curd, Fresh Local Basil Leaf & Backyard Cocktail Tomato
Cold Beet Borscht, Made from all local ingredients topped with a dollop of local creme fraiche
