Native Maine Open House & Food Show Official Contest Rules:

1. Contest runs from 1:30PM until 5:00pm on Monday, March 30, 2009 at the warehouse of Native Maine Produce & Specialty Foods, LLC, 10 Bradley Drive, Westbrook, ME 04092.
2. No purchase necessary to win.
3. You must be present at the event to enter and win prizes!
4. Must be 21 years or older to win a prize.
5. Names, occupation, employer and likeness of winners may be used for promotional purposes.
6. Prizes awarded are the sole decision of Native Maine Produce & Specialty Foods, LLC
7. Employees or relatives of employees of Native Maine Produce & Specialty Foods, contest/event sponsors, sister companies, industry competitors and exhibitors are not eligible to win prizes.
8. Prize winners agree to allow his/her picture to be used by Native Maine Produce & Specialty Foods, LLC and event sponsors for promotional purposes, without compensation of any kind.
9. Contest decisions of Native Maine Produce & Specialty Foods, LLC are final.
10. Each winner will be responsible for any taxes that result from the receipt of their prize.
11. Prizes are not exchangeable and may not be substituted.
12. Limit one prize per person per event.
13. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible guests in attendance.
14. Information collected from entrants will not be distributed to any other individual or organization but may be used to offer you new products or services from Native Maine Produce & Specialty Foods, LLC.
15. Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries.
16. Winners will be notified by internal PA type broadcast system and will be provided 60 seconds to claim their prize. Once the time has passed another random winner will be drawn and the original winning draws are void.
